Interview with András Salvári: Behind the Scenes of Our Collaboration

As a personal trainer, András Salvári always wanted to present himself as a trustworthy and professional expert. While having a website once seemed out of reach, he finally made it a reality with the help of the YNDS team.

1. What was your main goal for creating your website?

A website has always felt like something mystical and out of reach for me. I often toyed with the idea of having one, but I never really believed it would become a reality. Every entrepreneur wants to be perceived as reliable and professional. That’s why I decided to work with YNDS – to take a big step forward in enhancing my business's credibility.

2. What was your first impression of us during the initial contact?

From the very first moment, I knew my project was in good hands, and this isn’t just a cliché marketing phrase. YNDS is both the most laid-back and professional team at the same time. Our discussions took place in an incredibly positive atmosphere, yet every question, concern, and idea I had was taken seriously.

3. Was the process clear and transparent from start to finish?

I always say that IT professionals are like doctors to me — I have the utmost respect for them, but I have no clue what they do or how they do it. However, during my website’s creation, they involved me just as much as I needed to be, explaining each step in a very clear and transparent way.

4. How did you find the collaboration? Was communication smooth?

The collaboration was a fantastic experience. As I mentioned earlier, every discussion was enjoyable, the process moved quickly, and I learned a lot about what makes a great website. I truly enjoyed it.

5. Was there a point where you found the team particularly helpful or flexible?

Yes, especially toward the end of the process when I started realising that maintaining the site would soon be my responsibility. I had tons of silly questions, but the team patiently went through everything with me. While many businesses claim to be customer-centric, it’s rare to find one that is this genuinely helpful — even after the site was already finished.

6. How did it feel to see your finished website for the first time?

Amazing! It was exactly what I had envisioned. They perfectly captured the feeling I wanted to convey. Even though they carefully assessed my needs beforehand, I was still surprised at how well they understood my vision.

7. How well does your website reflect your brand and business values?

100%! As I mentioned before, this is exactly what I imagined. It has taken my business to a whole new level.

8. Have you received any specific feedback from your clients or partners about your new website?

I received a lot of compliments when the site launched, though I always made sure to credit the team behind it. It was so well done that one of my clients initially hesitated to contact me, thinking a coach with such a professional website might be too serious for them. 😄 But in the end, we started training together, and they’ve been with me ever since.

9. Have you noticed any business or marketing improvements since launching your website?

I believe a website’s impact unfolds over the long term. I also have to admit that I could invest more time in updating my blog, as regular updates are crucial. But I’m working on that! I’ve already received inquiries through the site, which was exciting. While it’s difficult to quantify how many more people have become aware of me as a potential coach, I definitely feel more visible and credible in my field. Plus, I’ve gained confidence in my work.

10. If you had to summarise our collaboration in one sentence, what would you say?

I had the privilege of working with the coolest and most professional team—I’m grateful they created my website.

11. What advice would you give to other businesses preparing for a website project?

Don’t overthink it — just go for it! The time and money invested will definitely pay off. Not only will potential clients take the business more seriously, but the business owner will also start seeing themselves in a more professional light.
